How we handle your details
This notice explains what Talk Wraps collects when you request a quote and how it's used.
01 What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you provide: project type, vehicle or surface details, coverage preferences, timing, your name, a business name if you give one, an email or phone number, a ZIP code, and any notes or links you add. We also receive basic technical context about your visit — the page you submitted from and the type of device and browser you used — so we can attribute your request to the right session.
02 How we use it
We use your submission to scope and quote your project, to contact you on your preferred channel, and to plan installation. We may keep your details on file to quote future fleet additions. We do not sell your information.
03 Where it lives
Quote submissions are stored durably in this site's managed backend database under access controls that prevent public access. No one can list or read your inquiry or contact details from the public site. Your submission is acknowledged to you with a reference number only after it is actually saved.
04 Photos and files
If you upload reference photos, a logo, or inspiration images, they are uploaded to private storage that the public cannot read or list. They are used only to design and quote your project. Files are optional and skippable, and are limited by type and size.
05 Outbound messages
We do not send automatic SMS or email sequences. We contact you on your preferred channel after reviewing your scope. No install date is reserved and no payment is taken until scope and artwork are approved.
06 Your choices
You can decline to provide any optional field. To ask us to remove your details or correct them, email joao@talkwraps.com or message us on Instagram at @talkwraps. We will not publish your inquiry or contact details publicly.
